Capri Marquee Hire Leicester – Our Capri Marquees offer a stylish alternative to traditional structures. With white peaked roofs and sweeping arches, these funky tents are modular and can cater for up to 150 guests. Maximum versatility offers custom configurations, to create a bespoke event for your special day. Below we have created an easy-to-follow 6-step guide to help create your dream marquee event.
Step 1 – Marquee Hire Size
You need to know roughly how many guests will be attending your event. The beauty of the Capri Marquees is that they are modular allowing you to connect one, two, or more. Points to consider are…
- Will your guests be seated?
- Do you need a dedicated area for a dancefloor and DJ?
- Do you have external caterers for the event?
- Would you like an area for a mobile bar and comfortable seating?

Step 2 (optional) – Seating and Dining Plan
If you are seating your guests, you may consider hiring our chairs and tables. We have a range to choose from depending on your dining preference. For example, you might want to create a rustic or vintage country ‘tea party’ look, therefore we would recommend our wooden folding chairs with 6ft trestle tables to create a linear dining seating plan. Or you might prefer to create a banqueting arrangement for which we would recommend our 6ft round banquet tables with our Chiavari chairs, giving a more opulent look to your event. For a fresh and contemporary look our American White Folding or Verona Chairs would be ideal. Below are some pictures showing examples.

Step 3 (optional) – Marquee illumination
We have a varied range of lighting options to choose from, Popular choices include our LED Up-lighters, used in the interior the marquees, this creates a colourful party environment.
Fairy lights can be used effectively inside or outside the tents highlighting the arches and contours of the marquee. Festoon lighting is now becoming increasingly the number one choice for illuminating outdoor spaces.

Step 4 (optional) – Dancefloors
If you haven’t already booked your DJ, we have a sister company ‘Cream Entertainments‘ that expertly provides a DJ service for weddings, birthday parties and corporate events. They would be happy to help you with all your music requirements.
Step 5 (optional) – Event Extras
There are many extras that you may decide to add to the finishing touches. Make your guests feel extra special by adding VIP posts & ropes and a red carpet. Create a sophisticated bar area by adding a mobile cocktail & gin bar with bar stools & tables or a comfortable chill-out area with rattan seating.

The Capri Marquee Hire can only be erected on soft ground, it cannot be erected on hard surfaces like concrete, tarmac, patio slabs or paving.
